Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to support recovery and functional communication. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
