Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to support functional communication and safe swallowing. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong growth opportunities.
