Highlights/Benefits
Full-time salaried position on an Inpatient Rehab team
Treat primarily Spinal Cord Injury patients while cross-training in stroke on the Stroke, Brain Injury and General teams
4-6 patients per day
Mentorship and training from a strong team of Therapists
Relocation assistance available
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from)
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks
Non-profit - Qualifies for PSLF program
About the Position:
Our ideal SLP will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care and helping the team grow. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. This candidate will have the desire to help mentor and train both students and CF's
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters in SLP from an accredited program
CCC's required
Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
MBSS experience preferred
FEEs experience preferred
Servant leader mindset
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Collaborative, team-building personality style
