Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students across Texas for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. We have remote, hybrid, and on-site roles across the state of Texas. Fully remote roles are 1099, while hybrid and on-site are W2 contract roles.
In this role, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while partnering closely with teachers, families, and school teams. You will develop individualized treatment plans and deliver virtual therapy services designed to enhance student communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs for K–12 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and parents
Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language
Track and document student progress; adjust treatment strategies as needed
Maintain communication with families and school personnel
Participate in virtual school meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
Must carry professional liability insurance for remote
Experience with K–12 populations (middle school experience preferred)
Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
Hourly pay starting at $50+ , based on experience
Weekly direct deposit
1099 contract role for remote and W2 for onsite/hybrid roles
