Job description
Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services. In this role, you will evaluate clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help seniors and individuals with disabilities communicate effectively and remain safely at home. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team, document progress, and educate on home exercise programs.
