Job description
Make a meaningful impact working with high school students by providing essential speech-language services during the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time position features a competitive hourly pay ranging from $60-$75, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative educational environment, partnering with school staff and families to deliver tailored interventions.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or eligible SLP-CFY
Previous experience in a school setting preferred; high school caseload experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for high school students
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person
Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
Provide staff and parent education to foster generalization of skills
Maintain ongoing communication with educational teams and families
