Job description
Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic educational setting near Bear, DE, providing direct support to students during the school year. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who thrive in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments. Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Strong background in school-based SLP services and IEP implementation
Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Experience with a diverse K-12 caseload is preferred
Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
Energetic, compassionate, and flexible approach to student needs
Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services to students as identified in IEPs
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and report findings to educational teams
Develop, implement, and review treatment goals and progress
Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Provide consultative support to teachers and families to promote generalization of skills
Maintain timely documentation and compliance with regulatory and school policies
