Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop individualized education plans and work within a diverse school community
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Deliver direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district and legal standards
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making processes
Promote speech and language development through proactive classroom and small group support
