Job description
Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) near Concord, CA, playing a pivotal role in supporting students throughout the school year. This full-time position places you at the heart of a cooperative educational environment, working alongside fellow clinicians and educators to enhance students' communication abilities and foster academic growth.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active or eligible California SLP licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Experience in school settings is a plus but not essential
Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to school-aged learners, tailoring strategies for a range of communication challenges
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
Create, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for teachers, families, and staff
Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes in a timely manner
Provide both direct and consultative (indirect) services as determined by student requirements
