Key Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
Team-oriented mindset for working alongside teachers, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and legal requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Provide resources and education for families and staff to support student success
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting therapy approaches as needed
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
