Job description
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing expert speech-language pathology services on a contract basis in a supportive school environment near Keyes, CA. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with educators, families, and students to help each child reach their communication goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student progress
Maintain accurate, timely records and assist with IEP documentation and meetings
Utilize evidence-based interventions to address a variety of speech and language disorders
Provide progress updates and recommendations to families and educational teams
