Job description

In this position, you'll provide speech-language assessment and therapy services to students, ensuring that every individual receives the support necessary to thrive academically and socially. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current or eligible SLP license in Utah
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities: Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student success
Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state regulations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
