Job description

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Previous experience with elementary school caseloads is highly desirable
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) specific to student needs
Provide direct therapy services within the school setting for a diverse caseload
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and development
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as required
Offer consultation and training to school personnel on communication strategies
