Job description

Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a difference in the educational setting, serving students in the Long Beach and Pasadena, CA areas. Several openings exist for both full-time and part-time contract roles, spanning diverse school environments from PreK to high school, including caseloads in elementary, high school (with mild/moderate and extensive needs), and private/NPS settings. There's also an opportunity for part-time work with PreK (elementary, home-hospital), and some positions involve working across two elementary sites.

Applicants must hold a valid CTC credential and possess or be eligible for the CCC or CFY designation. While SLPA roles are not available, the possibility of Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision is being explored and may be accommodated. Dedication to serving school-aged children, ability to manage varied caseloads, and strong collaboration skills are highly valued.

Key Qualifications:

Valid CTC credential required

SLP-CCC or CFY eligibility, with potential for CF supervision

School-based experience preferred (PreK, elementary, high school, private/NPS)

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Ability to adapt to different educational settings, including home-hospital assignments
