This full-time, contract opportunity near Lonoke, AR is the ideal role for professionals committed to helping children achieve their communication goals while working in an engaging school environment. Qualifications & Experience:
Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs
Deliver speech therapy services to students individually or in groups
Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
Provide consultation and resources to teachers regarding speech and language development in the classroom
Stay current on best practices and continuing education
