Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations to assess students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering growth
Conduct engaging therapy sessions to achieve specific speech and language objectives
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all student progress
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary educational team for holistic student support
Provide guidance and involve families throughout the therapy process to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Current or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged children is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Proven ability to work well independently and thrive as part of a team environment
