Job description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication growth in a supportive educational environment. This position offers flexibility, with three full-time openings for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including maternity leave coverage and full school year roles, as well as one part-time slot. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CF) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise and passion for empowering students will be highly valued.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
CFs and CCCs encouraged to apply
Previous experience in a school setting a plus, though not required
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student growth
Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
