Job description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the full school year. This role, situated in a vibrant community near Pensacola, FL, offers three openings covering maternity leaves and a part-time position ideal for those seeking flexibility or varied experience. Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are welcome to apply.
What you bring to the role:
Valid SLP license in Florida or eligibility for licensure
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
CCC or in-process Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion
Prior experience in school-based settings or demonstrated passion for pediatric populations
Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
What you'll do: Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students, aligned with IEP goals
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student potential
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
