Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary School
Path2Staff Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person elementary school opportunity in Pasadena, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Setting: Elementary School
Location: Pasadena, TX
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Work Setting: In-person
Job Responsibilities
The SLP will provide comprehensive speech-language services and support students throughout the school year. Responsibilities will include:
Provide speech and language services to students
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas licensure
School-based experience is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in an in-person elementary school environment
