Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain one)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Previous experience in school-based settings working with diverse student populations is highly valued
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings as a vital member of the educational team
Utilize a variety of therapy strategies and technology to engage students and promote communication growth
