Job description
Step into a rewarding contract position for the 2026/2027 school year as a Speech Language Pathologist, serving an elementary school caseload near Siler City, NC. Your expertise and commitment will directly support young learners as you assess, treat, and assist students in overcoming communication challenges that impact their academic and social growth.

Qualifications and Experience:
Valid SLP licensure in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents, teachers, and staff
Commitment to documentation and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and maintain documentation for students with speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborate with educators to design and deliver speech and language services aligned with IEP goals
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative support to teachers and families
Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain open communication with all stakeholders
