Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current or pending state licensure/certification as an SLP
SLP-CCC or those pursuing SLP-CFY welcome
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with middle and high school students
Willingness to consult and collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals
Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver intervention services
Provide both direct and indirect therapy to students with a range of speech and language needs
Keep thorough documentation of student progress and maintain required reporting
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to maximize student outcomes
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and staff development activities
Support overall academic and social success of students through speech and language services
