Make a meaningful impact supporting students from PreK through 8th grade in a dynamic educational setting near Tempe, AZ. This full-time Speech-Language Pathology opportunity is for motivated professionals seeking a contract-to-hire position. You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, providing essential speech and language services that foster student growth and success.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state license to practice as an SLP and ASHA CCC certification
Previous experience in school environments is advantageous, though not required
Demonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and collaboration
Eagerness to contribute to a positive school culture and support a diverse student population
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in PreK-8th grades
Conduct evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans
Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance requirements
Implement evidence-based interventions in both one-on-one and group settings
Engage in ongoing professional development to remain up-to-date on best practices
