Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience working in K-12 schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to design and deliver individualized therapy based on IEP goals
Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's unique challenges and strengths
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure an integrated and supportive approach
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Participate actively in IEP meetings and documentation
Provide consultative services and training to staff as needed
