Job description
Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students during the school year. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Eligible for licensure as an SLP in the state of Oregon
Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
Passion for collaborating with colleagues, students, and families
What You'll Do: Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student's needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to support each child's educational experience
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute knowledgeable recommendations
Document progress and maintain detailed reports in compliance with district and federal guidelines
Deliver engaging therapy sessions that inspire and empower students
