Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or CFY supervision available)
Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data collection
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into classrooms
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school protocols
Provide support and resources to teachers and families for student success
