Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional communication and safe swallowing, while documenting progress using EMR systems. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support integrated rehab goals, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.
