Speech Language Pathologist
MLR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing and supportive Home Health team. As a dynamic healthcare provider dedicated to delivering top-quality patient care, we are excited to welcome a professional who is passionate about enhancing patient lives through speech therapy.
Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska.
BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
1+ year of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for patients referred by physicians or other sources.
Administer standardized testing and score results to assess patient communication skills.
Provide interpretation, documentation, and patient education following assessments, including recommendations based on test outcomes.
Develop and document individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians, updating progress notes after each session.
Communicate regularly with physicians to report on patient progress and status.
