Speech Language Pathologist - On-site Contract | Katy, TX
Nurse's Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting contract opportunity.
Area : Katy Independent School District Address : 6301 S. Stadium Lane, Katy, TX 77494
Contract Length : 08/12/26 to 05/26/27, 42 weeks
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Shift : 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM
Pay for travel : $2,108 ($862 taxable + $1,246 stipend) $22/hr
Pay for local : $51/hr
Other Details: SLP-As are not eligible for this position
School-based experience preferred
High school caseload. We also have Middle school and Elementary openings
Full time and Part time available
Requirements SLP State Certification
Pediatric experience
ASHA Certification Preferred
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and support academic success.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational programs.
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and updates on student progress.
Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration.
Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Stay current with best practices through research and ongoing professional development.
