Speech Language Pathologist
$55-70/hour
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Lakewood, WA | School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the school year in Lakewood, Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-12 caseload
Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE available as well as part-time positions
School Year:
Start Date: August/September 2026 for the entire school year
In-person only
Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
