Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for residents
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist Current Speech Language Pathology license in New Hampshire
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
Experience in long-term care settings preferred
