Job description
Personal Healthcare Management LLC in New York seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled rehabilitation therapy in a long-term care setting. You will evaluate residents, develop and implement plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires NYS licensure, ASHA certification or CFY, and at least 1 year of SNF experience; familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and clinical software is preferred.
