Job description
Delhi-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente in New York seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree and NYS license. ASHA certification is required.
The role screens residents, conducts evaluations, develops and implements care plans, documents progress, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team. Minimum 1 year in a long-term care setting is preferred, with strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and clinical software.
