Job description
The role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting assessments
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with staff and families
Supporting feeding and swallowing therapies
Integrating communication strategies into behavior plans
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and preferably CCC-SLP, with experience working with children with complex needs.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AAC devices
Behavioral interventions
Trauma-informed practices
The position offers a competitive salary ($125,000-$145,000), benefits, and requires in-person work in Chatsworth.
