Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Hourly Rate: $45.00-$60.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking school-based Clinical Fellowship Year Speech Language Pathologists (CFY-SLPs) and licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the school year in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This position involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students within school settings. Clinical supervision and ongoing training are provided for eligible candidates. Interviews are scheduled to begin after spring break for positions starting in August 2026.
Responsibilities
• Schedule / Shift
Shift details: Monday-Friday following school schedule
Hours per week: Full-time school-based hours
Contract length: August 2026 - May 2027
• Key Duties: Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress
Requirements
• Education Required: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Licenses & Certifications Required: Active or temporary Tennessee Speech Language Pathologist license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
Clinical Fellows (CFY-SLPs) encouraged to apply
Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
Knowledge of IEP processes, speech evaluations, and therapy documentation
Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
