Job description
Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home assessment and treatment for adults and seniors with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate clients and caregivers to promote safe, independent living at home. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, document progress, and adjust interventions based on client goals.
