Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this dynamic, patient-centered role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to maximize functional outcomes. You’ll educate patients and families, document care in accordance with regulatory standards, and contribute to a nurturing and rewarding work environment focused on exceptional rehabilitation results and professional growth.
