PERKS OF WORKING HERE
Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position
Lead position overseeing the SLP and SLPA team
Neuro focused population
Mentor a CFY
Partner with the Director of Rehab to drive program improvement
Lead weekly meetings, process improvement, quality outcomes
2-3 patients per day clinical & administrative responsibilities
MBSS and FEES onsite
$15,000 sign-on bonus
$2,000/year for CEUs
4% 401k match
5 weeks of PTO
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position working with a diverse caseload with a heavy neuro focus. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior SLP with over a decade of Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
Previous leadership experience required
Experience mentoring CFYs desired
Neuro Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
Servant leader mindset
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
