## Speech & Language PathologistApply: Brookfield, WI: Full time: Posted Yesterday: JR Majority Women Employee-Owned. Empowered by Everyone to Transform Lives. **Overview****The Richardson School** (100% employee owned!) is now accepting applications for a **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our team! **Responsibilities:*** Evaluation and treatment of students with disorders in speech/language and cognition.* Development of goals, objectives, treatment plans, and materials for the treatment of speech/language and cognitive impairments, including activities, low-technology AAC, etc.* Data recording, in accordance with the students IEP minutes and completes progress monitoring.* Provides Staff training on use of speech/language strategies and AAC Systems to implement in the classrooms.* Attendance at meetings including IEPs, weekly staffing, training/education teams* AAC programming, report-writing, and implementation* Communication with outside school district staff, families, and vendors* Participation in The RIcahrdson School's Trauma Informed and Therapuetic practices trainings. Serves as part of the campus Care Team**Qualifications:*** Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology* Possesses upon hire or applies for within one (1) month of starting, state certification and licensure and maintains same, not allowing it to lapse.* Preference for at least 1 year of experience.* Experience in AAC instruction and evaluation preferred ## S**CHEDULE, WAGES & BENEFITS:****Schedule:** Full time, 8-4pm, M-F regular school year + ESY options**Pay range:** Starting from $74,000 annually; based on education + experience **MyPath's Competitive package benefits for full-time employees:*** Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance* **PTO:** Year Round Pay to cover all breaks + Summer, as well as 5 Personal Days + 5 Sick Days* Company Paid Short Term + Long Term disability* Company Paid Life Insurance* 401k Match* Employee Owned (Retirement Stock Plan)* Tuition Assistance in pursuing higher education
