Job description
Speech Language Pathologist
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required
LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan During CFY Upon Hire required
CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
