Weare seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-LanguagePathologistto join an outpatient pediatric clinic inLake Havasu City, Arizona.Thisrole focuses on working with children from early childhoodthroughadolescence, helping them overcome speech, language,andcommunication challenges. You will provide individualized,play-based therapy in a clinic setting while collaborating closelywith families to support each child's development. JobResponsibilities:
•Evaluate, diagnose, and treatspeech,language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders inpediatric patients
•Develop and implement individualizedtreatment plans tailored to each child's needs
•Use engaging,play-based therapy techniques to support communicationdevelopment
•Monitor patient progress and adjust treatmentplans based on clinical outcomes
•Educate and collaboratewithparents and caregivers on home strategies and carryovertechniques
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation oftherapy sessions and patient progress
Requirements
•Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist inArizona
•Current BLS/CPR certification
•Minimum of 6months of recent pediatric or SLP experience within the last 5yearspreferred
•Experience in an outpatient pediatricsetting is aplus
•Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, especiallywith children and families
