Job description
Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Outpatient Rehab Clinic. You will evaluate patients and develop a comprehensive speech-language plan of care in collaboration with physicians, addressing speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing.
Responsibilities include ongoing assessment with the physician, planning and providing therapy, documenting sessions, discharging patients, and coordinating with families.
