Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at H2 Health

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in various clinical settings.
This position involves working with diverse caseloads including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on your patients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards

Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state license and/or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with dysphagia and neurological disorders is preferred
