The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct patient-centered Speech Therapy services. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with physicians to support optimal communication outcomes.

Responsibilities include screenings, evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, discharge planning, education for patients and families, and documenting progress while adhering to infection
