nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Osceola, United States. As a valued member of our collaborative healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, helping them overcome communication challenges and improve their quality of life.
nnConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals
nProvide therapy services using evidence-based techniques and innovative approaches
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
nEducate and support parents, guardians, and caregivers on home-based strategies and exercises
nMaintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation
nStay current with the latest advancements in pediatric speech-language pathology and incorporate new techniques into practice
nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinic's services
nEnsure compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
nFoster a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
nCurrent state license/certification in speech-language pathology
nMinimum of one (1) year experience in pediatric speech pathology preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
nExcellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal abilities
nDemonstrated competency in applying principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in speech therapy
nFamiliarity with a wide range of pediatric speech and language disorders
nExperience with various assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for pediatric patients
nStrong documentation and record-keeping skills
nKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements in healthcare settings
nWillingness to provide therapy services at our outpatient clinic, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs
nPassion for working with children and a patient, empathetic approach to treatment
nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
