Job description
Soliant has partnered with a school district in Portland, OR area to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the School Year. Work with diverse learners in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment, utilizing your expertise in school-based settings.
Qualifications & Preferred Background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLP-CFY
Experience or training in school-based settings is strongly valued
Ability to adapt to individual student needs and demonstrate creative problem-solving
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student learning and inclusion
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with school and legal standards

Hourly Pay Rate: $50-$60
