Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Hyde Park Chicago area. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You'll Do: Provide SLP services
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
