nProvides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
nStandard Qualifications
nnnRequired Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program

nnPreferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
n
nnPreferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
n
nn2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required
n
nnCRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 1 Year required

nnLIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business LinesUpon Hire required

nnCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
