School Speech Language Pathologist-Hemet, CA.
Local Pay: $69.00/ hour
Travel Pay : $28.05
Travel Rate ( based on 36 hours) : Hrly $28.05 Stipend (Lodging $987.00 + M&I $602.00) = $1,589.00
Total Comp :$2,598.80
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

School Speech Language Pathologist Duties & Responsibilities: Who is able to conduct assessments, effectively facilitate IEP meetings, and is familiar with SEIS.
Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date certification in the state of CA
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
