School Speech Language Pathologist-Hemet, CA.
nLocal Pay: $69.00/ hour
nTravel Pay : $28.05
nTravel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $28.05 Stipend (Lodging $987.00 + M&I $602.00) = $1,589.00
nTotal Comp :$2,598.80
nTravel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

n nSchool Speech Language Pathologist Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnWho is able to conduct assessments, effectively facilitate IEP meetings, and is familiar with SEIS.
n
nnDiagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
n
nnCreating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
n
nnPerforming screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
n
nnEducating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
n
nnKeeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
n
nnReporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnMinimum 1-year previous working experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
n
nnAbility to build rapport with patients
n
nnCompassionate and caring demeanor
n
nnFamiliarity with medical terminology
n
nnCPR card issued by the American Heart Association
n
nnMust have up to date certification in the state of CA
n
nnCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
